1. Introduction

While we boast a 98%+ fulfilment rate, some of your delivery orders may encounter issues like riders not getting assigned or customers requesting a cancellation of the order. We help you effectively resolve these issues.

2. Where can I track the status of my order?

When you place an order, you receive an order tracking link via email or SMS. When a rider leaves your restaurant, you will also receive a rider tracking link via SMS. This rider tracking link will also appear on the order tracking page.

3. What should I do when I am experiencing technical issue with the app?

If you experience any technical issues with the app that prevent you from placing or tracking an order, please contact hello@tablevibe.co. We will get back to you within 1 business day.

4. What should I do when I experience delivery issues?

If you experience issues with your order, like a late delivery or your driver not arriving, we kindly request you to contact the restaurant directly via the details provided in your order confirmation email, SMS and the tracking page. Their team is looking forward to assisting you.
