Our Order Aggregation & Menu Management add-on allows you to manage all your orders, menus and products across Grab, Foodpanda, GCash and Tablevibe on your Tablevibe device. Key benefits include:

To get started, please complete our onboarding form. Our team will get back to you and integrate GCash, Grab and/or Foodpanda into your Tablevibe account.
1. Which delivery app features are supported?
All basic functions that your restaurant staff should need on a day-to-day basis across GCash, Grab, Foodpanda and Tablevibe are now available in a unified interface. Restaurants who use Order Aggregation & Menu Management should be able to discard their Grab and Foodpanda devices.
For GCash and Tablevibe orders, all functions are available. For Grab and Foodpanda orders, the following functions are available:

The following functions are only available via the online dashboard of Grab and Foodpanda.

Rider pickup time will be pushed to Tablevibe once. Rider pickup time updates are only available in the Grab and Foodpanda app

2. Can we discard our Grab and Foodpanda devices?
Yes. All basic functions that your restaurant staff should need on a day-to-day basis across Grab, Foodpanda and Tablevibe are now available in a unified interface.
3. We have different prices and menus on delivery apps and Tablevibe, will this be supported?
Yes.
4. Does this allow us to manage marketing campaigns and customer support in Tablevibe?
No, Order Aggregation & Menu Management allows you to have one single device for order and menu management. Marketing campaigns on delivery apps will continue to be managed in and by the delivery app.
5. What delivery app sales data can we view in Tablevibe reporting (if any)?
Delivery app data relevant to your staff like # of orders, sales revenue, average order value is available in Tablevibe. More advanced reporting will continue to be available in your delivery app interface only.
6. How does the setup work?
We will import your delivery app menus first and then push it to the delivery apps. From that point onwards, you can make menu/product/price changes centrally in Tablevibe for all your digital stores.
Log into kitchen.tablevibe.co and go to Settings > Locations > Location Basics. This page displays which menus are linked to that location.
Visit Settings > Locations > Pickup Settings and Settings > Locations > Delivery Settings to select which menus you would like to use for GCash, Grab, Foodpanda and/or Tablevibe.
The Tablevibe menu is set as the Master Menu which is the basis for the Original prices that are reflected on the Grab and Foodpanda menu.
You can adjust the prices of the products on the Grab and Foodpanda menus. These are the prices and menus that will be pushed to Grab and Foodpanda.
