Data Protection

At TAC, data privacy and security are of fundamental importance. Here is how we ensure a secure, reliable environment that complies with international standards.

πŸ›‘οΈHigh Security Standards

We regularly subject our systems to penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, performed on an annual basis, to identify and prevent potential risks.

πŸ“œ ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 Certifications

We have obtained the following certifications:

  • ISO 27001 – Information Security Management

  • ISO 9001 – Quality Management

These certifications demonstrate our ongoing commitment to data protection and the quality of the services we provide.

πŸ”‘ Secure Authentication and Access (OTP)

Access to the TAC platform is managed through an OTP (One-Time Password) authentication system via email, ensuring a high level of security without the use of static passwords.

How it works:

  • πŸ“§ Enter your corporate email address

  • πŸ” A one-time OTP code is sent via email

  • ⏱️ The code is valid for 10 minutes and can be used only once

An optional β€œRemember me” feature is also available, allowing the session to remain active on the device for up to 30 days.

Security benefits:

  • ❌ Eliminates static passwords and the risks associated with password reuse

  • πŸ” Temporary, single-use codes that drastically reduce unauthorized access

  • 🏒 Authentication based on the corporate email account, inheriting existing security policies (e.g., MFA, anti-phishing protections)

☁️ AWS Infrastructure

Our services are hosted on the robust and reliable infrastructure of Amazon Web Services (AWS), designed to ensure scalability, availability, and security.

🌍 Data Storage in Europe (Ireland)

Our users’ data is stored in Ireland, within the European region (eu-west-1).

This choice ensures full compliance with European data protection regulations and provides an additional layer of security.

πŸ”’ Our commitment is ongoing: we continuously work to maintain high security standards and protect the privacy of our users.
