User Roles in TAC

The platform provides different user roles, divided between Workspace-level roles (global management) and Team-level roles (local management). This structure ensures centralized control while maintaining operational flexibility.

Workspace Roles

Owner

  • Has full control of the platform

  • Manages licenses, users, teams, billing, and general settings

Super Administrator

  • Can manage all teams and users within the company

  • Can modify the operational settings of the workspace


Team Roles

Team Administrator

  • Manages only the team they are responsible for

  • Adds users to the team

  • Modifies settings and customizes the team

Member

  • Standard user

  • Can access and modify only their own profile, within the limits defined by the administrator
