Quick Picks gives you a fast way to find potential deals using data already stored in Tactical Arbitrage’s system.
Instead of waiting for full scans, you can instantly browse products that meet your profit and ROI targets — perfect for quick sourcing sessions or when you want to explore new categories.
🎥 Watch this video below to see how to use Quick Picks effectively.
When to Use Quick Picks
Use Quick Picks if you want to:
Get instant access to products already analyzed by Tactical Arbitrage.
Skip the waiting time of full scans.
Explore new ideas or profitable categories fast.
Combine with Product Search for deeper validation later.
It’s designed for both new users (to see examples of profitable deals) and experienced sellers (to discover fast opportunities).
How It Works
Quick Picks pulls product data, such as pricing, stock, and rank, from cached data stored in Tactical Arbitrage’s system.
Since the data isn’t fetched live from retailer sites, prices and stock levels may not always be current.
Think of it as “window shopping.” You get a snapshot of potential opportunities before deciding which ones to research more deeply using Product Search or Reverse Search.
How to Use Quick Picks
Click Quick Picks in the left sidebar.
Choose a country in the Sourcing From option.
Add marketplace in the Selling On section.
(Optional) Add filter by using Filter By option.
Browse the product boxes that appear; each one includes:
Product images (retailer on the left, Amazon on the right)
Profit, ROI, and Sales Rank
Shortcuts for Save, Set Alert, and Report Error
📚 We recommend looking for websites offering discounts or promotions. Check for deals, coupon codes, and sign up for newsletters to get offers straight to your inbox.
Setting Up Filters
Next to Selling On, click Filter By to open additional filter settings.
You can filter by:
Retailer/Store filters – adjust discounts or restrict to certain categories.
Amazon filters – include or exclude based on Sales Rank or price range.
Other filters – add extra cost factors or visibility preferences.
These filters refine your results to show more accurate profit and ROI calculations for your chosen marketplace.
Sorting Your Results
Use the Sort By menu to control how products appear. You can sort by:
Gross Profit
ROI
Retailer Price
Amazon Price
Last Update
Sort in ascending or descending order to prioritize what matters most — e.g., highest ROI or lowest buy cost.
Understanding the Results
Each product match is displayed in its own box, showing key details like product information, source data, and Amazon data, including; Price, Sales Rank, and Match Quality.
At the top of each box, you’ll see product images, which are the source image on the left and the Amazon image on the right.
Below the images, there’s a quick overview of important data, such as Profit Margin, ROI, and Sales Rank, which can help you decide if the product is worth considering. If you want to see more detailed information, simply click More Details at the bottom of the product box.
And then, if we look at the 3 icons right next to the product images, which we will discuss further in this article, they are:
Save to collections
Set Price Alert
Report an Error
Collections
The Collections page contains all of the products that you’ve added by clicking the heart icon to save a product.
Within the page, you’ll find the option to rename the folder, add notes, download a spreadsheet of the data of products within the folder into your computer, update the data, and delete the folder.
Alerts
Alert allows you to set the following:
Be alerted if the retailer's price drops by a certain amount.
Be alerted if the retailer's price is lower than a certain amount.
Be alerted if your Gross Profit value is above a certain amount.
To add a product to the Alert page, simply click the bell icon.
Once you set it, you can find all the products within the Alert tab, and you can always edit the settings for each product.
Report An Error
If you notice any discrepancies with the data provided by Quick Picks, you can always click the bug button shown below to report such discrepancies to the Tactical Arbitrage team so that we can fix them ASAP.
