Any abuse, incorrect use or manipulation of the bonus system is strictly prohibited, including, but not limited to, using bonuses to generate risk-free profits or withdraw funds without meeting the required trading conditions.
Equity or Promotional Bonus Accounts are granted solely for the purpose of providing additional margin to support legitimate trading activity and may not be used for any other objective. Any operation or practice whose direct or indirect purpose is to obtain artificial profits, guarantee results without genuine exposure to market risk, or circumvent the established bonus conditions shall be considered prohibited use, regardless of the strategy, technique, or structure employed. Following such validation, the Equity Bonus or Promotional Bonus, together with any profits derived from these activities, will be canceled and permanently withdrawn.
