For security reasons, you cannot update your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) directly through the Client Portal.
To request changes, please submit a ticket and select "Personal Data Update." Be aware of the following requirements:
Phone Number and Email Address: These must not be associated with any other Tag Markets account holder.
Residential Address: A valid Proof of Address is required.
Legal Name and Date of Birth: Changes must be supported by valid identification or legal documents, such as a marriage or birth certificate.
