What’s the Process for Changing My Name, Email, and Phone Details?

For security reasons, you cannot update your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) directly through the Client Portal.

To request changes, please submit a ticket and select "Personal Data Update." Be aware of the following requirements:

  • Phone Number and Email Address: These must not be associated with any other Tag Markets account holder.

  • Residential Address: A valid Proof of Address is required.

  • Legal Name and Date of Birth: Changes must be supported by valid identification or legal documents, such as a marriage or birth certificate.
