Is the Drawdown limit on leveraged accounts on balance, or on equity?

The maximum loss limit on leveraged accounts is based on the TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE LEVERAGED ACCOUNT.

For example, if the deposit price is $1,000 and the TOTAL LEVERAGED ACCOUNT AMOUNT is $12,000, the equity drawdown can never exceed $10,800. This limit remains the same regardless of profits earned or withdrawn.
