Both parents and tutors can refer new families to Tailored Tutors and earn a flat £100 bonus.
Tutors: if a parent or student asks about a subject you don’t teach, or you’re at capacity, refer them to us.
Parents: if you know another family who’d benefit from tutoring, refer them to us.
When your referral completes three paid lessons, you’ll receive a one-off £100 bonus — a flat rate, whatever the year group or subject.
What counts as a “successful referral”?
All of the below must be true:
The family is new to Tailored Tutors (not already in our system).
They complete 3 paid lessons (free consult doesn’t count).
Those lessons are invoiced and paid (no refunds/chargebacks).
The referral is attributed to you before the client’s first lesson.
How to refer (required — email only)
Email rich@tailoredtutors.co.uk with subject:

Include all of the following:
First name & last name of the parent
Email address
Phone number
(Optional) brief context (subject/level, availability notes)

Important: We don’t chase referred families. The family needs to actively pursue tutoring themselves (e.g. book the consult and go on to paid lessons).
Your reward & payout
Amount: £100 per successful referral.
When: Typically 7–14 days after the third paid lesson’s invoice is settled.
Payout method: Bank transfer.
One bonus per new household. There’s no cap on the number of families you can refer. If more than one person refers the same family, the earliest valid email gets the referral.

Family already exists in our system.

How much is the bonus?

Do the three lessons have to be weekly?
