Your Personal Study Plan turns the whole course into a 30-day, week-by-week to-do list built around your year group, your target grade, the topics you find hardest and the hours you actually have. It is the single best place to start.
Where to find it
Open the side menu (three horizontal lines, top left), go to your subject Home section (for example Biology Home) and click Personal Study Plan. It is also one of the featured items under the search bar on your subject Home page.
Note: The Personal Study Plan is currently available in Biology and Chemistry.
Building your plan (about one minute)
You answer six quick questions: whether you are new to Tailored Tutors, your year group (Year 12, Year 13 or resitting), your current and target grades, what your class is covering at school right now, up to three topics you find hardest, and how many hours a week you want to spend.
Click Build My Plan. Your four weeks appear straight away.
What is in each week
Learn: new lessons, starting from what your class is doing at school so you stay a step ahead. Resit students re-learn their weakest topics instead.
Revise: real past-paper questions on topics you have already been taught, including the ones you flagged as hardest.
Exam skill of the week: one short exam technique or revision method video.
Past Paper Practice (Year 13 and resit): questions worked through paper by paper, in order.
Week 1 also has a short goals checklist: watch a lesson, do a quiz, update your Progress Tracker, ask the AI Tutor a question and ask a human tutor a question. Do those five things and you will know how the whole course works.
Using it day to day
Every item links straight to the lesson or question. Tick things off as you go: for a lesson, Video Watched, Notes Written and Quiz Completed; for a question, Q. Analysis Video, Q. Attempted and Marked. Each week shows a percentage so you can see how you are doing.
Use Edit My Plan if your hours or your school topic change. Use Print / Save as PDF if you want it on paper.
After 30 days
Click Create My Next Month's Plan. Your lessons follow your class if you update your school topic, your exam skills move on automatically, and your past papers carry on where you stopped, so you never get the same question twice. Re-pick your hardest topics: after a month of work that list should have changed.
