How to troubleshoot and fix technical issues with your TT academy account.

Here are 5 simple ways to fix the most common technical issues

(like page not loading, log in not working, comment not posting, image not uploading to comment, video not loading, etc.)

OPTION 1: Clear Cookies

Step 1: Log out.

Step 2. Clear the cookie cache in the web browser that you use (i.e. Google Chrome, Safari, etc.)

Step 3. Log back in.

OPTION 2: Use A Private Browsing / Incognito Tab

Step 1: Open a new Private Browsing or Incognito Tab.

Step 2. Log in to your TT account.

OPTION 3: Use A Different Browser

Examples of different browsers: (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)

Step 1. Close your current browser.

Step 2. Open a different browser on your computer.

Note: This may involve downloading another browser from the internet first if you have not already installed alternative browsers on your device.

Step 3. Log in to your TT account.

OPTION 4: Restart Computer / Device

Step 1. Select the "Restart" option from your computer menu.

Step 2. Log in to your TT account.


OPTION 5: Disable Adblocker Extensions

Step 1. Temporarily disable/turn off any adblocker extensions you may have installed into your browser. How to disable this will be specific to the adblocker extension you've chosen to install.

Step 2. Refresh the page.

OPTION 6: Update Your Browser Version

Step 1. Most browsers update automatically by default. You can also manually update them. To start the manual update process, open your browser menu.

Step 2. Find your browser's About page and select it.

Step 3. If your browser is not up to date, click the update button.

Step 3. Close your browser and relaunch it.

OPTION 7: Try A Different Network Connection

Step 1. Open your wifi connection settings.

Step 2. Disconnect from your current network.

Step 3. Connect to a different wifi network (where available), or use the cellular data on your phone as a hotspot connection for your computer.

OPTION 8: Send Us An Email

If you are still having issues...

We invite you to send us an email containing a screenshot of the error message and copy & paste the URL of the page you are on when you get the error!

We will investigate the issue and solve it as quickly as possible.

Step 1. Take a screen shot of the error message you are seeing—attach it to your email.

Step 2. Copy the URL you are on when you get the error message, and paste it into your email to us.
