There are 2 ways to opt out of TT emails 👇
Option 1: click the "Unsubscribe" link in an email you received from us.
Step 1: Scroll to the bottom of an email you received from us.
Step 2: Click "Unsubscribe from our emails" in the light grey text.
Option 2: opt out of emails from inside your TT account.
Step 1. Log in to your course.
Step 2. Click "My TT", then "My Account", then "My Profile".
Step 3. Scroll down to notifications.
Step 4. Toggle the email notification buttons on or off according to your preferences.
Note: Removing yourself from our email system may cause disruption in your services with TT—specifically including the A/A* Money Back Guarantee.
If you want to ensure seamless communications regarding all TT services, we recommend staying subscribed to emails.
If you opt out of emails from TT, you will still receive emails associated with membership transactions and cancellations.
