Account sharing violates our Terms of Use.
We monitor a range of user metrics to determine fair usage (including IP addresses, account log ins, free trial attempts, active learning sessions, tutor questions asked, quiz completions, resource downloads, video watch times, and more).
Students who are determined to be account sharing will:
1. Immediately have their account(s) suspended without refund.
2. No longer qualify for the A/A* Money Back Guarantee.
3. Be prevented from creating new accounts.
4. Be prevented from enrolling in Tailored Tutors courses in the future—including paid courses, promotional offers and Free Trials.
