If you've forgotten your password, you must reset it to regain access to your account.

Step 1. Go to the sign in page for your course.

Step 2. Click "Forgot Password".

Step 3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

Step 4. Check your email for the link to reset your password.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk, spam, social, and other folders.

Step 5. Click the "Change My Password" button inside the email.

Step 6. Enter in your new password, and confirm it in the second text box.

Step 7. Click "Reset Password".

Step 8. Log into your account using your new password.

Note: We cannot change your password for you, nor log into your account from the back end. It is very important to save your password information where you can always find it.
