If you're enrolled in the Biology or Chemistry Ultimate Guide, you can ask your tutor a question anytime by leaving a comment on a page inside your course.

Your tutor will respond within 48 hours.

Here are the steps to ask your tutor a question:

Step 1: Scroll down to the comments section on any page inside your course.

Step 2: Type out your question in the comments box on the page.

If you have a question on a specific topic, make sure to ask your question on the relevant topic page.

Likewise, if you have a question about a specific exam question or past paper, make sure to ask your question on the relevant page—this will speed things up and make it easier for your tutor to give you specific information pertaining to your question.

Note: The comment box will not accept special characters. Make sure to use alphanumeric characters and basic punctuation only.

Step 3: Click "Post Question".

Very Important Note: When you click "Post Question", your question will disappear.

Don't worry!

Your tutor will see your question behind the scenes, and your question will reappear once your tutor has responded—usually within 48hrs.

TIP: In the meantime, check out the other questions on that page in the academy—there's a good chance another student had the same question and that one of our tutors provided them a response that could help you get unstuck too.

P.S. Tutors don't respond to email or the chat!

The only way for students to connect directly with their tutor is through the comment section on each page inside the course.
