The Chat is always available on the TT website and inside your course too.
Step 1: Look to the bottom right hand corner of your screen—you should see a chat icon. Click it to open the chat bubble.
Step 2: Start your message by telling us your account email address, course subject and exam board.
Step 3: Share your feedback with us! A member of our customer service team will get back to you within 2 business days.
TIP: If you have a concern about a specific lesson or page inside your course, copy & paste the URL into the chat so we can investigate it.
