If you need to update the credit card, that is used for your subscription billing, you can do so by logging into your Tailwind account, then navigating to Gear Icon - User Management and clicking "Update Payment Information". This will open a new tab with a form, that will allow you to enter new card and/or address information.
If you are unable to access your Tailwind account, you can check on any of our billing update emails. The emails will contain a link to Account Management, or Billing Portal, where you can update your credit card information.
