When you first get set up with Tailwind, we will provide you with a default password — or you will receive one from your company's Tailwind administrator. In most cases, you will want to change this password to something unique that you can remember more easily. This article provides instructions on how to do so.

The first step is to log in to Tailwind using your existing password. Next, navigate to the Application Website and enter the username and password.

Once logged in, click on the

on the top right of the screen and select the 'Settings' option. This will bring up the personal settings screen. Click on the 'Change Password' label to expand that section.

You can now change your password by filling out these fields. The 'Current Password' field is for your existing password, and the 'New Password' and 'Confirm New Password' fields should both contain your new password. Tailwind does not place any restrictions on what you can use for your password — make sure it is something relatively unique that you can easily remember.

Once you have entered the new password information, click 'Update Password' to confirm the password change. You should receive a message confirming that the update was completed. At this point, we recommend you log out — using the

again — and log back in using your new password.
