At Take Capital for Traders (TCFT), we believe trading opportunities should be accessible to anyone with the passion and discipline to succeed. To participate in our programs, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into agreements to register and participate in any of our challenges.
2. Experience Level
No prior trading experience or formal education is required.
We welcome traders of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced professionals. Our challenges are designed to test skill, discipline, and consistency rather than background.
3. Integrity & Compliance
We maintain the highest standards of security and compliance.
You must not be involved in financial crime, terrorism, or any activities that violate international sanctions. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to sanctions administered by OFAC (US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control), the United Nations Security Council, or the European Union.
You also warrant that you have no criminal record related to financial crime or terrorism.
KYC Verification: You must successfully complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process prior to entering Phase 3 or requesting any performance-based reward.
4. Restricted Countries & Territories
Due to legal, regulatory, and operational constraints, we do not provide services to residents of the following jurisdictions. If you reside in any of these locations, you are not eligible to join:

Strict VPN / VPS / IP Evasion Prohibition
The use of any VPN, VPS, proxy, or any other tool to mask, alter, or circumvent your true location and bypass these geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited. Doing so constitutes a material breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
By registering, you confirm that you are not using any such evasion methods and that all information provided (including IP data and KYC documents) is accurate and truthful.
