1. Newly purchased accounts with no trading history
📌 Accounts that have never executed any trades will be archived after 20 consecutive days of inactivity.
➡️ Reactivation: Can be requested formally through our support team within up to 6 months.
2. Accounts with trading history
📌 Accounts that remain inactive (no trades) for more than 20 consecutive days will be deactivated.
❗Permanently deactivated accounts cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.
Exception: ✈️ If you notify us in advance (e.g., travel plans, emergencies, or other reasons), your account will be placed in archived mode, which is distinct from permanent deactivation. Archived accounts can be reactivated upon request to our support team within 6 months.
3. Criteria for an active account
To be considered active, an account must have at least:
1 completed trade (opened and closed) within last 20 consecutive days;
Minimum average trade duration: 3 minutes within last 20 consecutive days;
Minimum average risk per trade: 0.20% of the account balance within last 20 consecutive days.
4. Reactivation timeframe
📧 Archived accounts can be reactivated upon request within 6 months.
⚠️ After 6 months, the account will no longer be eligible for reactivation.
📧 Permanently deactivated accounts cannot be reactivated.
💡 Tip: If you plan to be away for an extended period, contact our support team in advance to prevent your account from being deactivated.
