1. Inactivity Rules by Account Type
Single Payment Plans (1-Phase, 2-Phase, and Instant): These accounts are fully subject to the standard 20-day inactivity rules at all times, during both the evaluation phase and the Phase 3 (Funded) Stage.
Subscription Plans:
Evaluation Phase: You are strictly exempt from the 20-day inactivity rules, provided your monthly subscription remains active and fully paid.
Phase 3 (Funded Stage): Once you successfully transition to the funded stage and your monthly subscription is canceled, this exemption ends. Your Phase 3 account becomes fully subject to the standard 20-day inactivity rules.
2. Standard Inactivity & Reactivation Rules
If your account is subject to the standard inactivity rules, the following policies apply:
A. Newly Purchased Accounts (No Trading History)
Rule: Accounts that have never executed any trades will be placed in archived status after 20 consecutive days of inactivity.
Reactivation: You can formally request reactivation through our support team within up to 6 months of the account being archived.
Expiration: If the 6-month period has elapsed, the account is no longer eligible for reactivation.
B. Accounts With Trading History
Rule: Accounts with previous trading activity that remain inactive (no trades) for more than 20 consecutive days will be permanently deactivated.
Reactivation: Permanently deactivated accounts cannot be reactivated or restored under any circumstances. To continue trading, you will need to purchase a new account.
3. What Counts as an Active Account?
To maintain active status and prevent archiving or deactivation, your account must meet the following criteria within any rolling 20 consecutive days:
Minimum Trades: At least 1 completed trade (fully opened and closed).
Trade Duration: A minimum average trade duration of 3 minutes.
Risk Management: A minimum average risk per trade of 0.20% of your account balance.
4. Exception for Planned Absences
If you plan to be away due to travel, emergencies, or personal reasons, please contact our support team in advance.
We can temporarily place your account into archived status instead of allowing it to face permanent deactivation. This gives you the flexibility to formally request reactivation within up to 6 months of your absence.
