Is there a scaling plan or career path? How does it work?

Details our program for increasing your account size based on consistent profitability, outlining the requirements for scaling.

🚀 Your Career Plan with TakeCap FT

Take Capital for Traders offers a Career Plan for eligible Traders in the Phase 3 (Advanced Simulated) Stage. This program is designed to recognise consistent performance, disciplined risk management, and adherence to all applicable rules within our exclusively simulated trading environment.

All simulated accounts, virtual capital, performance data, and rewards remain virtual at all times. No real capital is deployed, no live market trading occurs, and participation carries no real financial risk, in accordance with the Simulated Trader Contract Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Step 1: Initial Simulated Allocation

Your Career Plan journey begins upon successful activation of your Phase 3 (Advanced Simulated) account. You are granted a revocable license to trade a simulated account with virtual capital, up to a maximum of $200,000, depending on the evaluation plan completed.

Traders may enter the program through either pathway:

  • Commence with a smaller simulated allocation and progress through consistent performance, or

  • Qualify for a larger initial simulated allocation (up to $200,000 virtual capital) by completing the relevant evaluation process.

Step 2: Scaling the Simulated Virtual Capital Allocation

Subject to the Career Plan rules and approval by the Risk Management Team, eligible Traders may have the opportunity to increase their simulated virtual capital allocation based on sustained consistent profitability and full compliance with all prudence policies and risk management parameters.

Example of potential scaling progression (illustrative only):

A simulated account commencing at $200,000 virtual capital may progress to $240,000, then $288,000, and continue scaling progressively, with the potential to reach a maximum simulated virtual capital allocation of $1,000,000, subject to program availability and ongoing compliance.

Requirements for Scaling Consideration:

To be eligible for review under the Career Plan scaling provisions, a Trader must satisfy the following conditions (exact criteria and thresholds are governed by the program rules published in the Help Center and subject to change):

  • Maintain active trading in the Phase 3 (Advanced Simulated) account for the minimum period required by the program.

  • Remain in full compliance with all trading rules, risk parameters, and prohibited practices for the qualifying period.

  • Close all open positions and maintain a positive simulated balance at the time of any scaling request.

  • Successfully complete a review by the Risk Management Team, which assesses trading behavior, risk control, consistency, and overall performance in the simulated environment.

Scaling is not automatic and remains at the sole discretion of Take Capital for Traders following Risk Management Team approval.

Performance-Based Reward Enhancement

As Traders progress through the Career Plan, the applicable performance-based reward rate on simulated net results generated in the Phase 3 (Advanced Simulated) Stage may increase, up to a maximum of 90%, in accordance with the Simulated Trader Contract Agreement.

All reward requests remain subject to the processing requirements set out in the Agreement, including:

  • Minimum reward request of $100

  • Frequency limitations (first request after 30 days; subsequent requests once per calendar month)

  • Closure of all open positions prior to processing

  • Exclusive payment via USDT (TRC20)

Professional Trading Environment

Take Capital for Traders may, at its discretion, offer eligible Traders access to professional trading facilities. Such access provides a focused environment with mentorship, training resources, and collaboration opportunities with other participants, all within the simulated framework. Participation is optional and subject to separate terms where applicable.
