Employees and employers should use HRA Hub for current enrollment and HRA administration, while the Legacy Platform is only used for certain older plan-year activities such as historical reimbursements and proof-of-coverage records.

What is HRA Hub?

HRA Hub is Take Command's current platform for HRA administration.

Use HRA Hub to:

  • Complete enrollment

  • Shop for and select health insurance plans

  • Upload and manage coverage information

  • Manage ongoing ICHRA participation

  • Complete Open Enrollment activities

HRA Hub is the primary platform for active HRA administration.

What is the Legacy Platform?

The Legacy Platform contains historical HRA information from prior plan years.

Use the Legacy Platform for:

  • Historical reimbursement records

  • Prior proof-of-coverage submissions

  • Certain legacy QSEHRA administration activities

  • Prior-year account information

Most current enrollment and plan management activities no longer occur in the Legacy Platform.

Which platform should I use?

Use HRA Hub if you need to:

  • Enroll in coverage

  • Review available health plans

  • Manage current HRA participation

  • Complete Open Enrollment

  • Update coverage information

Use the Legacy Platform if you need to:

  • View historical reimbursement activity

  • Access prior proof-of-coverage records

  • Review information from older plan years

Are my login credentials shared between platforms?

No. HRA Hub and the Legacy Platform are separate systems with separate login credentials.

If you need access to both platforms, you must maintain separate login credentials for each platform.

I can't log in. What should I do?

Trouble accessing HRA Hub

Use the HRA Hub password reset option and verify that you are logging into HRA Hub rather than the Legacy Platform.

Trouble accessing the Legacy Platform

Use the Legacy Platform password reset option and verify that you are using credentials associated with that platform.

Because the systems are separate, resetting a password in one platform will not affect the other.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need accounts in both systems?

Only if you need access to both current and historical information.

Many users only need HRA Hub.

Which platform should I use for enrollment?

Use HRA Hub for enrollment activities.

Which platform should I use for reimbursement records?

Historical reimbursement records may be available in the Legacy Platform.

Why doesn't my HRA Hub password work in the Legacy Platform?

The two platforms use separate accounts and credentials.

I'm not sure which platform I need.

If you're completing enrollment or managing current HRA benefits, start with HRA Hub. If you're looking for older reimbursement or coverage records, use the Legacy Platform.
