Dates may appear unavailable in the portal when the system is not yet accepting submissions for a future plan year.

Why can't I select a future date?

Future dates may be unavailable because:

  • The plan year is not yet open.

  • System updates have not been completed.

  • Enrollment windows have not started.

What should I do?

Wait until the applicable enrollment or submission period opens.
