Employee enrollment statuses help employers track where each employee is in the HRA enrollment process.

What does Pending Invite mean?

The employee has not yet received their welcome email.


What does Invited mean?

The employee has received their welcome email but has not started enrollment.


What does Onboarding mean?

The employee has started enrolling but has not completed the process.


What does Waived mean?

The employee chose not to participate in the HRA.


What does Opted-out mean?

The employee declined the HRA because it was determined to be unaffordable and chose to pursue premium tax credits instead.

This status applies only when affordability rules permit an employee to opt out.


What does Active mean?

The employee completed enrollment and is actively participating in the HRA.


How is enrollment completion calculated?

The dashboard displays an enrollment completion percentage based on employee enrollment statuses.


When does this article not apply?

These statuses apply only to employers viewing employee enrollment through the Admin Dashboard.

Employees do not see organization-wide enrollment statuses.
