What are AutoPay Funding Events?
The dashboard displays upcoming funding events before an automatic withdrawal occurs.
Each event includes:
Scheduled funding date
Funding amount
How do I view funding details?
Sign in to HRA Hub.
Open the Admin Dashboard.
Locate the Upcoming AutoPay Funding Events widget.
Select View Details.
You'll be taken to the AutoPay Funding page with additional information.
Why don't I see any funding events?
If no funding events are scheduled, the widget displays that there are no upcoming funding events.
This is expected when there are no pending AutoPay withdrawals.
When does this article not apply?
This article applies only to employers enrolled in AutoPay.
Organizations that do not use AutoPay will not see this widget.
