After you upload proof of coverage, Take Command reviews your documentation to verify that your health insurance meets your employer's HRA requirements.

What does "Pending Review" mean?

Pending Review means your documentation has been received and is waiting to be reviewed.

No additional action is required unless you're contacted for more information.

What does "Approved" mean?

Approved means your proof of coverage has been verified.

If all other HRA requirements are met, you may now be eligible for reimbursement.

What happens if additional information is needed?

If your documentation cannot be verified, you'll receive a request explaining what additional information is required.

Upload the requested documentation through your Member Portal as soon as possible.

How long does review take?

Review times vary depending on document volume and whether additional information is required.

You'll receive a notification once the review is complete.

When does this article not apply?

This article explains proof of coverage review status only.

It does not explain reimbursement claim status.

Key takeaway

Your proof of coverage must be approved before reimbursement eligibility can be verified. Monitor your Member Portal for review updates or requests for additional documentation.
