Your dashboard displays the current review status of your proof of coverage so you know whether your health insurance has been verified for reimbursement eligibility.

What proof of coverage statuses can I see?

Common statuses include:

  • Active — Your proof of coverage has been approved.

  • Reviewing Coverage — Your documentation is currently under review.

  • No Proof of Coverage — Documentation hasn't been submitted.

  • Action Needed — Additional information is required before your coverage can be verified.

What should I do if Action Needed appears?

  1. Open the notification.

  2. Review the requested information.

  3. Upload the required documentation.

  4. Submit your update.

  5. Monitor your dashboard for status changes.

Promptly completing requested actions helps prevent reimbursement delays.

Why is my proof of coverage still under review?

Review times vary depending on submission volume and documentation completeness.

No action is required unless you're asked to provide additional information.

When does this article not apply?

This article explains proof of coverage review only.

It does not explain reimbursement claim status.

Key takeaway

Your proof of coverage status tells you whether your health insurance has been verified or whether additional documentation is required before reimbursements can continue.
