QSEHRA employees can check the status of their Proof of Coverage (POC) directly from their Take Command Member Portal dashboard.

How do I check my Proof of Coverage status?

To view your status:

  1. Sign in to your Take Command Member Portal.

  2. Open your dashboard.

  3. Locate your Proof of Coverage status.

Your dashboard displays your current coverage verification status.

What statuses can I see?

Your Proof of Coverage may display one of the following statuses:

  • Compliant

  • Reviewing

  • Action Required

  • Expired

Each status indicates whether your health insurance documentation has been approved or requires additional action.

When should I review my status?

Check your status after:

  • Uploading new Proof of Coverage.

  • Renewing your health insurance.

  • Updating your insurance information.

  • Receiving a notification from Take Command.

It does not apply to employees using HRA Hub for an ICHRA.
