Your Proof of Coverage status shows whether your health insurance documentation has been approved, is under review, or requires additional information before reimbursement eligibility can be confirmed.

What does an approved status mean?

An approved status (such as Approved or Compliant) means:

  • Your documentation has been reviewed.

  • Your health insurance has been verified.

  • No additional action is required unless your coverage changes.


What does a pending status mean?

A pending status (such as Pending or Reviewing) means:

  • Your documentation has been received.

  • The review is in progress.

  • No action is required unless additional information is requested.


What does a declined or action required status mean?

These statuses indicate that your documentation cannot be approved yet.

Common reasons include:

  • Missing required information.

  • Unreadable documents.

  • Coverage cannot be verified.

  • Additional documentation is needed.

Follow the instructions in your account to resolve the issue.


What does an expired status mean?

An expired status means your previously approved documentation is no longer current.

Upload updated proof of coverage showing active health insurance to restore your eligibility.
