Who can access invoices?

Subscription invoices are typically available to:

  • Primary Administrators

  • Billing contacts

  • Other administrators with appropriate billing permissions

Access depends on your organization's account configuration.


What if I can't see invoices?

If you don't have access:

  • Verify that you're signed in with the correct administrator account.

  • Confirm that you have billing permissions.

  • Contact your Primary Administrator if you need additional access.


Can multiple people receive invoices?

Yes.

Your organization can designate billing contacts to receive subscription invoices by email.
