Before your enrollment call

To make the most of your session with an Enrollment Navigator, have these ready:

  • Your ZIP code (and the ZIP codes of any dependents if they live in a different area).

  • Names of current doctors or specialists you want to keep.

  • Your regular prescription medications (name and dosage).

  • Your HRA monthly allowance amount (visible on your Member Portal dashboard).

You must be able to log in to your Take Command portal before scheduling the call. If you cannot log in, use 'Forgot Password' at app.takecommandhealth.com/member-portal/sign-in first, or contact Customer Experience to regain access.

If you prefer to shop for a plan on your own

The Enrollment Team is optional. You can also shop independently through the Health Insurance tab in your Member Portal. The Plan Finder lets you filter by carrier, plan type, doctor, and prescription, and compare plans side by side.

Plans in the Plan Finder are tagged as Easy Enroll (Take Command completes enrollment on your behalf) or Self Enroll (you apply directly with the carrier). For Self Enroll plans, upload your enrollment confirmation to the portal after completing enrollment with the carrier.
