How do I check my Proof of Coverage status?
To view your Proof of Coverage status:
Sign in to HRA Hub.
Open your Dashboard or select Benefits from the navigation menu.
Locate your Proof of Coverage information.
You can also review uploaded insurance documents and monthly premium submissions from the Benefits section.
What statuses can I see?
Your Proof of Coverage may display one of the following statuses:
Approved
Pending
Declined
These statuses indicate whether your documentation has been reviewed or whether additional information is required.
When should I check my status?
Review your status after:
Uploading proof of coverage.
Updating your health insurance.
Renewing your health plan.
Receiving an email requesting additional documentation.
