Welcome to the Employee Dashboard guide, your central hub for managing premiums, expenses, and more. This guide will walk you through the key features and functionalities available on the Dashboard, ensuring you can make the most of its capabilities. You will be able to access your main employee portal after you have completed your onboarding process.

Overview of the Dashboard

  • Dashboard Overview: Here, you can get a snapshot of various items related to your account.

  • Upload Premiums and Expenses: Easily upload additional premiums or expenses as needed.

  • Monthly Allowance: View the monthly allowance allocated to you.

  • Unused Allowance: Check any unused allowance that has accumulated in your current year's balance.

  • Monitor Payment Status: For Auto Pay Employees, keep track of your monthly payment status to the carrier.

Adding Premiums and Expenses

  • Add Monthly Premium: Click on the "Add Monthly Premium" button to include medical, vision, or dental premiums.

  • Add Expense: Use the "Add Expense" button to claim eligible reimbursement expenses. This option is available only for companies offering medical expense reimbursement.

  • Reimbursements Tab: Review your reimbursements in the "Reimbursements" tab located next to the Payment History. Non-Auto Pay employees are directed here by default.

  • Payment History: Access a detailed history of your payments using the designated button. (only for Auto Pay Employees)

Health Insurance Tab

  • Current Health Insurance: This tab shows the health insurance plans you are currently enrolled in through Take Command.

  • Shopping for Insurance: If you have a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), you can shop for new health insurance throughout the year from this tab.

  • Submitting Proof of Coverage: If your status is non-compliant, use this tab to submit new proof of coverage by clicking the edit button, which will be activated when necessary.

Documents Tab

  • Company Documents: This tab stores all your company documents for each year of your tenure.

  • Employee Notice: The primary use of this tab is to download your employee notice for submission to the insurance carrier during new enrollments. The notice includes reimbursement schedules.

Settings Tab

  • Employee Edits: This tab allows you to update personal information such as your email, name, address, or password.

  • Family Tab: Add dependents like a spouse or new children here. For instance, if you get married or have a new child, you can include them in the Family Members tab.

  • Banking Details: This section is exclusively for Auto Pay Employees, listing the banking details needed to facilitate direct payments to the carrier.

By utilizing these features, you can efficiently manage your premiums, expenses, and insurance details, ensuring a smooth and organized experience.
