HRA Hub: How employees view and manage AutoPay account details

This article is for employees using Take Command Health’s HRA Hub who are enrolled in an ICHRA with AutoPay enabled by their employer.

Written by Jessica T

Employees can view their AutoPay account details in HRA Hub by navigating to their profile section, where they can see payment status, banking information, and access tools to view or copy their account details if their employer has enabled AutoPay.

Where to find AutoPay account details

AutoPay information is located in your employee profile

To access your AutoPay details:

  1. Log in to your HRA Hub employee portal

  2. Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner

  3. Select “Profile” from the dropdown menu

  4. Open the section labeled AutoPay details (if available)

If your employer uses AutoPay and you are enrolled in a plan, this section will be visible.

What AutoPay account details include

Your AutoPay profile shows key payment information

Once AutoPay is active, you may see:

  • Your AutoPay account status (Active or Pending)

  • The bank or payment institution associated with your account

  • Payment routing or account details (masked or partial for security)

  • Options to reveal or copy account details using secure icons

These details are used to support automatic premium payments between your employer funding account and insurance carrier payments.

Understanding AutoPay account status

Status determines whether payments can be processed

Active status

  • Account is fully set up and operational

  • Payments can be sent and received

  • Premium funding and carrier payments can proceed normally

Pending status

  • Account setup is incomplete or under review

  • Payments may not be processed yet

  • Funds cannot reliably move in or out of the account

If your account shows Pending:

  • Your employer setup or bank verification may still be in progress

  • AutoPay may not yet be fully enabled for your plan
