Dashboard in the Admin Portal

This document serves as a guide to understanding the various features and functionalities available on your Administrator Dashboard.

Overview

The HRA Hub Dashboard provides at-a-glance information and actionable insights related to employee benefits. It is designed to be the home page for both employers and employees, offering a user-friendly interface and easy access to critical information.

For administrators that includes offering a comprehensive view of employee enrollment status, upcoming funding events for AutoPay customers, and my benefit.

Navigating this article

Employee Enrollment Status

The enrollment status section provides administrators with a snapshot of all employees' enrollment stages, helping to identify those who may need assistance or follow-up. This feature is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring all employees are appropriately covered.

Accessing the enrollment status of employees

  1. Login:

    • Ensure you are logged in as an Admin user.

  2. Navigate to Dashboard:

    • Once logged in, an Admin user is automatically dropped into the dashboard section of the admin portal.

  3. Employee Enrollment Categories

    • You should see the Enrollment Status widget displayed, along with a "Download Report" button.

    • When you hover your mouse on the enrollment status widget, you will see more details on the each enrollment categories in details, such as the status and the numbers below.

    • The formula used to calculate the percentage of completed enrollment is:

      • % Completed=(Pending Invite+Invited+Onboarding+Waived+Opted-out+ActiveWaived+Opted-out+Active​)×100

    1. Employee Enrollment Categories

      • Not Started (Blue): Employees who are currently enrolled and have active benefits.

        • Pending Invite: The employee has not received their welcome email.

        • Invited: The employee has been sent their welcome email but hasn't started the onboarding process.

      • In Progress (Orange): These employees have started the onboarding flow but have not taken final action yet.

        • Onboarding: Employees who are in the process of enrolling in benefits.

      • Complete (Green): Employees who have completed their onboarding process.

        • Waived: The employee chose not to participate in the HRA.

        • Opted-out: The employee's HRA offer was not affordable and they have chosen to opt out of the HRA and accept tax credits.

        • Active: The employee is participating in the HRA and has completed the enrollment process.

Enrollment Report

The enrollment report is a CSV that admins can download to get more granular information about where their employees are in the shopping journey. This is also where Admins can assist employees who are struggling to manage their health plan and need to know their plan name or carrier information.

Accessing the report:

  1. While viewing the Enrollment Status widget, locate and click on the "Download Report" button.

  2. Once you click the "Download Report" button, the system will process your request.

  3. The report generated should contain detailed information about employee enrollment status, including:

    • Employee Name

    • Employee Email

    • Category

    • Carrier

    • Plan Name

    • HSA Qualified

    • Enrollment Type

    • Plan Start Date

    • Premium

    • Allowance

The file can be retrieved in the browser's downloads folder or the computer’s finder

Upcoming Funding Events for AutoPay Customers

Administrators are alerted to upcoming funding events, allowing them to prepare for and manage these events efficiently. This feature helps prevent missed payments and ensures the smooth operation of the AutoPay system.

  • Autopay upcoming funding

    • On the dashboard, you would see a dedicated section for "Upcoming AutoPay Funding Events." This section will display the upcoming event. It also has the dollar amount and also the date displayed

    • Click on the view details, the system will automatically redirect you to the funding page under AutoPay, where detailed information about the selected funding event is displayed.

No Upcoming Funding Event

  • This displays when there is no upcoming funding event.

Admin Who is Also an Employee

This provides instructions for Admin users who are also employees participating in the benefits program. It covers how to access and view insurance information in the Admin Dashboard.
The admin in this case gets to see 3 widgets; the enrollment status, the AutoPay upcoming funding event, and lastly their benefit

  • Login

    • Ensure you are logged in as an Admin user who is also an employee with benefits.

  • Navigate to Admin Dashboard

    • Once logged in, "Admin Dashboard" from the main navigation menu.

  • Find "My Benefits"

    • Find the section labeled “My Benefits.” This section will display your insurance information. You will see comprehensive information about your insurance coverage.

    • This includes: My Insurance Policy & Status

      • Policy Details: Summary of the employee's insurance policy , Plan type , carrier and plan name

      • Monthly premium: Payment due monthly for coverage

      • Family members: Other who are covered on the insurance

      • Start and end date: Time frame for beginning and the end of the coverage
