How do I access the Admin Dashboard?

  1. Sign in to HRA Hub using an administrator account.

  2. After signing in, you'll automatically be taken to the Admin Dashboard.

What information is available on the Admin Dashboard?

Depending on your organization's configuration, the dashboard may display:

  • Employee Enrollment Status

  • Upcoming AutoPay Funding Events

  • My Benefits (for administrators who are also employees)

What does the Employee Enrollment Status widget show?

The widget summarizes where employees are in the enrollment process and displays overall enrollment completion.

Select or hover over a status to view employee counts.

What does the Upcoming AutoPay Funding Events widget show?

Organizations using AutoPay can view:

  • Upcoming funding date

  • Scheduled funding amount

Select View Details to open the AutoPay Funding page.

If your organization does not use AutoPay, this widget does not appear.

What is the My Benefits widget?

Administrators who also participate in their organization's HRA can view:

  • Insurance carrier

  • Plan name

  • Plan type

  • Monthly premium

  • Covered family members

  • Coverage dates

If you are not enrolled as an employee, this widget does not appear.
