Admin dashboard tool

This report will allow you to view and track employee enrollment status in the HRA program through the Admin Dashboard, and can be downloaded.

To access the enrollment status of employees

  1. Login:

    • Ensure you are logged in as an Admin user.

  2. Navigate to Dashboard:

    • Once logged in, an Admin user is automatically dropped into the dashboard section of the admin

3. View Enrollment Status Widget:

  • You should see the Enrollment Status widget displayed, along with a "Download Report" button.

  • Enrollment Categories:

    • The statuses are categorized as follows:

      • Not Started - These are broken down into the following categories:

        • Pending Invite: Employee User has not received their welcome email.

        • Invited: Employee has been sent their welcome email but has not started the onboarding flow yet.

  • In Progress - These employees have started the onboarding flow but have not taken a final action yet.

  • Complete - These are broken down into the following categories:

    • Waived: The employee chose not to participate in the HRA.

    • Opted-Out: The employee’s HRA offer was not affordable and they have chosen to opt out of the HRA and accept tax credits.

    • Active: The employee is participating in the HRA and has completed the enrollment process.

  • The formula to calculate the percentage of completed enrollment is:

Clicking Download Report

  1. In the Enrollment Status Widget:

    • While viewing the Enrollment Status widget, locate and click on the "Download Report" button.

  2. Initiate Download Process:

    • The report generation and download process should now be initiated.

  • After Clicking Download Report:

    • Once you click the "Download Report" button, the system will process your request.

  • Report Details:

    • The report generated should contain detailed information about employee enrollment status, including:

      • Employee Name

      • Employee Email

      • Enrollment Status

      • Sub-Category

      • Plan Name

      • Enrollment Type

    • The file can be retrieved in the downloads folder in the browser or in the computer’s finder window.
