HRA Hub Employer: Managing Billing in the Admin Portal

The Billing section of the Admin Portal allows administrators to manage subscription billing, invoices, and payment methods through the secure Stripe Customer Portal.

What is the Billing section?

The Billing section provides access to your organization's subscription billing information.

From Billing, you can:

  • View invoices

  • Update payment methods

  • Pay outstanding invoices

  • Manage billing information

All subscription billing is securely processed through Stripe.


How do I access Billing?

  1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Billing.

  4. Select Update Payment Details.

You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.


What can I manage?

Within Stripe you can:

  • View billing history

  • Download invoices

  • Update payment methods

  • Pay outstanding balances

  • Manage billing details
