During Open Enrollment (November 1 - December 15)

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CST

At the bottom right of every screen in the employee and employer portals, you will see a floating green circle with a question mark in it.

Selecting that will open it up and give you the options on our help options.

Select the call option from the available contact options.

This will open your device’s default phone application which will allow you to contact Take Command.

Select the Chat option from the available options to open the chat functionality.
