Why can't I move my token after withdrawing it to my wallet?

When you withdraw a token from Takeoff using the website portal we cover the gas fee required to send the token from Takeoff to your destination wallet. After the token arrives in your wallet, the wallet may require the native gas token of that network before you can move or send the asset again.

For example, Solana based tokens require SOL for gas. If you withdraw a Solana token to a wallet that has zero SOL, you will not be able to send that token until the wallet is funded with a small amount of SOL. The same applies to Ethereum compatible networks where ETH is required.

This is normal behavior on blockchain networks. If you are unsure how to proceed contact support at support@takeoff.app
