Data Entry Payment
Fewer mistakes = higher pay. Payment is calculated per task based on the exact number of mistakes found after review.
0 mistakes = £2.51
1 mistake = £2.32

4 mistakes = £1.78

Aim for perfection to maximise your earnings. Even small improvements in accuracy directly increase your pay.

This adjusts how much you earn for data entry.
Transfer Times and Fees
Click on the "Request Payout" button in the payments screen to get paid out within 48 hours. If you don't get paid within 48 hours, please send a WhatsApp to +12195875437
We use Wise, which has the lowest transfer fees on the market. It normally takes only a few seconds for Wise to transfer, but may take up to 3 days.
We recommend requesting payouts every two weeks so you have the lowest fee. But you can request payouts whenever you want.
The minimum payout is £ 1.00
Payments for long tasks do not appear in the payments dashboard until after the dispute is complete by the data entry analyst. So it may take a day or two for the payment to show up in the payment dashboard.
Important to Remember
Q: What is the minimum payout I can request?
A: The minimum payout is £1.00. You must have at least this amount available in your payable balance to submit a payout request.
Q: How do I request payment?
A: Go to the Payments tab/screen and click “Request Payout.” Follow any prompts to confirm your payout method and details.
Q: How long does a payout take after requesting?
A: Your stated target is within 48 hours, but actual timing can vary based on payment provider processing and any internal checks.
Q: When will completed work show up in the Payment tab?
A: Payments typically appear once disputes (if any) are resolved by the data entry analyst/QA process. This can take around 1–2 days depending on workload.
Q: Why might my payment be delayed?
A: Common reasons include dispute resolution not completed, payment provider processing time (e.g., Wise), exceeded account limits (e.g., GCash), incorrect payout details, or technical issues.
Q: What should I do if I think my payment is incorrect?
A: Check whether any disputes/QA corrections affected the payable amount. If it still looks wrong, report it to the internal helpdesk with segment IDs.
Q: Can I request partial payouts?
A: The platform only supports full balance payouts above the minimum threshold; you cannot request partial amounts.
Q: What payment methods are supported?
A: We use Wise to transfer the payment to your GCash account.
Q: How do I update my payout details?
A: Update your payout method and details in your account/profile settings. If the fields are locked or you can’t edit them, contact support to update securely.
Q: How do I check my payment history?
A: Use the Payments tab/dashboard to view payout requests, processing status, and past transactions. Keep screenshots or references for audits/disputes.
