Eligibility
New DE worker will receive a £10 Graduation Bonus after completing 10 qualified assignments/assignments that were not reported as fraudulent.
The solo task / trial task does not count toward the 10 required assignments.
Payment Process
The £10 bonus will be automatically added to the trainee’s Payment Tab after the 10th qualifying assignment is completed and processed.
Payment will be reflected together with the regular tasks payments.
What to Do If Bonus Is Not Received
If the Graduation Bonus has not appeared in your Payment Tab even after completing the 10th assignment, follow these steps:
Complete the Dispute Assignment for the 10th task if it hasn't been completed.
Wait for the payment to be processed.
If the bonus is still missing after the above, send a message via Intercom
Important Notes
The Graduation Bonus is a one-time payment given only upon successful completion of 10 tasks (excluding the solo task/trial task) from training.
Always ensure you have completed exactly 10 qualified (non-trial) assignments before raising a concern.
