To check an applicant's Right to Work result, log into the client portal at client.talentclouds.co.uk . If you've forgotten your password, or if this is your first time on the platform, use the 'Forgot Password' link to get started.
On the left hand panel, click 'View Check Status' and then search for your applicant. On the right side of the dashboard, under 'Actions', click 'View Check Summary'
If the Right to Work application is completed and the applicant has the Right to Work, you will see the below, where it shows 'Has Right To Work: Yes'
You can use the blue arrow on the top right to view the applicant's passport. Click on the hyperlink that will appear in the spot circled below, this passport image will be stored in our platform for the duration of your contract with Talent Clouds, unless you ask us to delete. You can also store this in your own data base.
Remember that only a UK or Irish Passport holder can use the Digital Right to Work process. If they do not have one of these documents, then they can't use Talent Clouds to verify their Right to Work. You will still be charged if a non-UK or Irish passport holder attempts the application.
