How to create a new campaign from scratch

To start creating a new campaign go to the Campaign tab and click the green button: + New Campaign.

7 steps to create a new campaign :

Campaign Settings

Campaign name: Non visible par les candidats, mais seulement par vous et vos collaborateurs

Date end: The campaign will automatically be paused at the end date

Funnel Structure: Represents the steps in the recruitment process, you can check or uncheck these steps

Actions History: All actions carried out on this campaign will be listed here

Details

Job Offer's Title and banner:

Add your identity by the color of the title and the banner, visible on the ad. To modify your banner simply click on the image. You will have the choice between choosing an existing banner or importing your own.

Job Offer Parameters:

Add the mandatory elements: Type of contract / Working time

Detail the elements of the job (optional): Contract duration / Starting date / Salary

Job Location Preview:

Check the correct location of the selected address on the map (essential for job boards).

Add a video to you offer:

Share with the candidate a video presenting the advertisement.

Position Description:

Optimize your campaign advert by describing the tasks of your job! Standardize your text using the text editor.

Applicant's Profile:

Detail the skills you are looking for in a candidate.

Details

Present your company on video to promote your employer brand and make candidates want to apply!

You also have the choice to present your company through an inspirational image.

Survey

Use the questionnaire as a means of pre-selecting your candidates.

You will be able to use predefined questionnaire templates:

Pitch

Set the question title in the drop-down list, you can also edit a question

Choose the number of attempts

Select the recording time (we recommend 75 seconds based on candidate feedback)

Ask on video

Make the candidate want to answer your question by asking them the question directly on video!

Options

Who will participate in this campaign?

Assign managers to the campaign (by clicking directly on their name), they will be able to perform actions on applications according to their rights.

Managers who are not assigned to the campaign will not have any visibility on the campaigns except for the Admin and HR accounts

Management of automatic emails

Once the candidate has created an account, they will receive reminders to complete their application. We advise you to activate all of them, in order to optimize the chances of the candidate completing the application.

Evaluation criteria

The evaluation criteria allow you to give a specific score to each of your candidates according to each criterion directly on their application form.

You can add as many as you wish.

Campaign tags

The campaign tags will be visible on your career site and will allow candidates to search by job category.

Please note that the evaluation of each candidate is not visible to them.

Diffusion

It is important to choose my sources of distribution per ad.

Online

Validation Request: If your company has activated the validation request, this section will allow you to make a validation request to an admin or HR quickly.

Actions History: All the actions carried out in this campaign will be listed here

Comments: The campaign comments are all listed in this section

Please note that campaign comments are not necessarily visible to managerial and operational accounts.

Share your Campaign: You can quickly share your campaign by clicking on the "Share" button.
