Broadcast tab

Settings

Admin accounts can customize the default sharing and broadcast settings for new campaigns.

When creating your campaigns, you will have the option to enable or disable certain broadcasts depending on your account settings.

Warning: When you create an announcement, the broadcast sources will be, by default, those configured by the administrator

Diffusion sources

Career site

Depending on the visibility you want for your ad, you can check or uncheck the career site(s) according to your ad.

Example:

If you want to create a "hidden" ad, i.e. an ad that does not appear on your career site, you can uncheck the "French career site" box

English & Spanish career site

With this tab, you can directly select the career site on which you wish to post your ad according to the language used.

If you would like to know how to use your multilingual career site, go to our article Multilingual career site or page

Automatic posting:

  • Jobboards

Choose the job board(s) you want to advertise on according to the options activated for your company (Google jobs, Indeed, Joboolo, Adzuna, Jooble, etc)

Example:

If you do not want your ad to be displayed on Google Jobs or Indeed, simply uncheck the box.

  • Custom XML feed

The custom XML feed is a feed of ads that we send to a source external to TalentView. If you do not use CV scanning to deliver jobs to candidates, or if you have a Talentview career site, this feed is not relevant to you.

This feed can be used in several cases:

  • If you have a career site integrated directly into your corporate site, we will most likely send a feed to your corporate site administrators so they can post your jobs on your site.

⚠️ : If you disable this feed, the ad will not be displayed on your site.

  • If you use the option to allow candidates to submit their CVs in order to have advert-oriented proposals, then the adverts are sent via a feed to CV catcher.

⚠️ If you disable this feed, CV catcher will not be able to offer your ad to candidates who scan their CVs

If you do not know what the feed is for you and it appears in this tab, please contact us.
