Discover your candidate's profile

Find all the information about your candidate directly on his/her profile.

You can access the profile of your candidates from a campaign by clicking on the profile you wish to consult or directly on the CV Base:

Candidate's Profile

The candidate profile is divided into 2 main parts:

Left-hand side: Candidate information

  • Last name and first name, e-mail, location (if known), telephone number (if known), the source of the candidate's application (by which source the candidate applied)

  • The average heart rating (the rating you, as well as the managers and employees with access to this campaign, gave the candidate)

  • The score of the answers to his/her questionnaire

In this same section, you will find the answers to the candidate's questionnaire as well as their video pitch and CV.

If the candidate has not yet answered the questionnaire or the video question, it will be indicated "the candidate has not yet answered..." see photo below

Right-hand side: actions on the application

  • The recruitment stage/status: where the candidate is in your recruitment tunnel (here "in progress").

  • Action buttons: (click on them, a drop-down list will appear)

  1. Assign to pool: assign the applicant to a pool to which you are assigned

  2. Follow up: follow up the candidate by email so that they finalize their application (see questionnaire & video pitch, photo below). The email will be adapted according to where the candidate left off

  3. Message: communicate directly with the candidate on their account's messaging system.

  4. Invite to apply to other ads: select the campaign to which you wish to invite the candidate to apply

  • Refuse: allows you to refuse a candidate

Actions

  • Tags: add tags to the candidate's profile, these tags will allow managers to filter candidates more easily.

  • Evaluation: give a score to your candidate on a set of criteria that have been created beforehand. The grid is set up when the campaign is created.

This grid and all the marks are not visible to the candidates.

  • Comments: comment on your candidate's file to keep a record of your exchanges. You also have the possibility of tagging your colleagues assigned to the campaign.

In case of manager comments or status changes, you will have a traceability of these actions directly on the candidate's file at the bottom right of it. (Not visible to the candidate)

  • Other applications: if the applicant has already applied to another campaign of your company, the applications will be displayed.

  • Delete application (only for Admin&HR accounts):

You can finally delete the applicant's record

However, we advise you never to delete applications, as they will allow you to perform certain actions:

  • Get a previously rejected candidate to apply for a new campaign

  • Create a network of candidates who have completed the whole process, which could be useful in case of new campaigns

Messaging

Contact the candidate and consult the history of your exchanges directly on the messaging system

You will have the possibility to :

  • Activate new message alerts by email

  • Send a message to the candidate

Close the discussion (the candidate will no longer be able to send you a message via his/her mailbox).

Modifying the applicant's record

You can directly edit the applicant's information on his form:

  1. Name / First name

  2. Phone number

  3. Source

In addition, you can add a CV for candidates who have not yet added it. This will change its status from 'in progress' to 'to be seen'.

Attention: You can also delete this CV. This action is very sensitive and irreversible, it will not be possible to add the deleted CV back.
