1. In a recruitment campaign
Go to your application list and click Search by questionnaire responses. You will be able to filter applications according to the answer you are interested in.
2. In an applicant file
Once an applicant has answered your questions, you can find his/her answers in the questionnaire section of his/her file.
3. In the CV database
Step 1: tag to an answer
Once your first applicants have answered the questionnaire, you will be able to add tags corresponding to their answers.
To do this, go to your smart questions on the templates tab and click the edit button. You can now add one or more tags to each answer. You will only have to complete this entry once per identical answer.
Note: It is essential not to restrict tags in the parameters of the organisation.
Step 2: search by tag manager
Once your applicants have answered your smart questions, you will be able to tag the answers. This modification will allow you to filter your applications according to tags.
Go to the Applicant Tags tab of your CV database then select the tags you want. This will allow you to display applications that meet your expectations.
