These step-by-step instructions show you how to send a message to just one contact associated with a student and not all of them.

Go to the student's message thread. Select the recipient on the top right-hand corner. You have the option to send a message to all of the student's contacts or an individual.

When composing a message on the mobile app, you can select all contacts for students who have multiple contacts OR you can click each contact individually. This way, you do not need to go to the specific message thread with that family in order to send a message or select a recipient.
