We offer read receipts for messages sent to families that use the TalkingPoints for Families Mobile App. Messages that have been successfully sent will show "Sent" or "Read." If the message did not go through, it will show "Failed." See an example of a successfully sent message below. 

*Note: Read receipts are not available for families on SMS text because the cell phone carriers do not have that information.**

Step 1: Click the link at the bottom of the announcement, 'See all reactions and read receipts' from the whole class.

Step 2: See the message's results.
