An individual teacher is able to add a maximum of 200 students in up to five classes. The number of those students in each class does not matter. 

Each student can have up to 5 contacts listed.

There's no student limit for teachers on school accounts, but some teachers on school accounts aren't able to add their own - they can only have students in the school roster.
